Order Confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation e-mail. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once that clears, we automatically alert our printers to start making your order. Once your order is ready, you will get an email letting you know that it is on the way!
Your order is made especially for you when you place it, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Order Shipment
The delivery time frame is typically between 6-10 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. Tracking information will come to you via the email address you provided at check out. It is sent directly from the warehouse within 24 hours of your order leaving the facility. If you do not receive tracking information from them within 2 business days of placing your order, please follow up with us at ShopLoveAnanda@gmail.com so we can help figure out what's going on.
